Choosing the Right Photographers

One of the most important decisions you can make is deciding on a photographer. With so many options out here, we are honored that you have considered us to document your wedding.

We have spent years finding the perfect locations, poses, and lighting techniques that show off our clients naturally and beautifully. We’ve put hours and hours into researching the best looks, photography prompts, and getting to know our clients’ loves and dislikes to create an experience unique and authentic for our couples.

Snapping a photo these days may seem easy, but directing a couple and leading them confidently throughout their wedding day with timelines and every moment captured, is something entirely different. This is something we not only strive to do- we guarantee it with each and every couple who graces the front of our cameras.

We work with each couple individually to create a plan that you will be proud to show off YEARS after we are finished photographing. Instead of following trends, we have worked hard to create a style of our own that is chic and timeless. NO detail left to chance. Our goal is to be there every step of the way as either of us or our associate team capture your story. From the initial consultation to handing over the digital gallery, we will guide you through an experience that is memorable and fun.

    10-Year, Online Gallery

    We partner with PASS, a renowned photo sharing company, to provide you with a meticulously curated gallery that showcases all the images of your wedding day. With a minimum of 100 professionally edited images per hour of hire, our gallery is thoughtfully organized by the events that unfolded, allowing you to relive each moment with ease. This comprehensive collection is available to you and your loved ones with unlimited downloads and secure cloud storage for an extended period of 10 years. Feel free to explore our example galleries to get a glimpse of the captivating memories we capture and preserve for our cherished couples.

    Two Photographers with our Full Packages

    When you hire any package with Natalie & Cody, there are two photographers to capture your day. Having two photographers for your wedding, you benefit from comprehensive coverage, multiple angles, creativity, backup support, and different perspectives. This results in a more memorable visual documentation of your special day. As a married couple ourselves, we have a unique understanding of the significance of capturing a wedding day and love working together to ensure every precious moment is beautifully preserved.

    Printing & Social Rights

    Printing Rights: You will receive printing rights for the images included in your package. Printing rights grant you the personal and non-commercial use of the digital images, allowing you to make prints for your own enjoyment, share them with family and friends, and display them in your home or personal spaces. You have the freedom to print the photos directly through us or a printing service of your choice, ensuring that you can preserve and showcase your cherished memories as you desire.

    Social Media Rights: We understand (And encourage!) the importance of sharing your special moments on social media platforms. You will also receive social media rights for all images. This means you are permitted to share and post the photos on your personal social media accounts, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other platform, to celebrate and share your wedding joy with your online community. These images will be optimized for web and digital display, ensuring they look their best when shared online.

    Engagement Session

    Included in the 5-9 hour wedding photography packages is a 90-minute engagement session. This session allows us to capture your love story in a relaxed and authentic manner, creating beautiful images that reflect your connection and personalities. You'll receive professionally edited digital photos to cherish and share as a preview of the incredible moments to come on your wedding day. I

    f you don’t want an engagement session, you can trade out the session for an extra hour at the wedding day!

    Traveling

    Nestled in the heart of Loveland, CO, we are privileged to be surrounded by breathtaking venues and stunning locations just a short distance away. We firmly believe that couples should not be caught off guard by unexpected travel fees. That's why we proudly offer up to 90min of travel each way included in every package, ensuring that you can celebrate your special day at the location of your dreams without worrying about additional expenses.

    If you are getting married at a Loveland, Longmont, Lyons, Windsor or Fort Collins location, your package includes an additional 10% off!

How Do I Book?

Consultations. Budget. Retainers. Contracts…. (but we make it fun!)

  • We understand every wedding is unique and more than anything, we want people to have access to excellent photography of one the most memorable days of their lives. We offer personalized consultations to address any concerns and discuss your specific wedding day goals. By understanding your vision, we create customized timelines for optimal photography coverage for every budget.

    Our goal is a stress-free experience, capturing every moment beautifully. Whether you have a set budget or are unsure about coverage duration, our consultation ensures informed decisions for your special day.

    We also never book at consultations! We are not selling you a TV or a car, we understand that wedding photography is an investment into memories. After we meet, we hold your date for 5 days after our meeting, to allow you time to make a confident decision in whoever you hire.

    • 1st Payment -30% retainer fee with your contract

    • 2nd Payment- 30% due 60 days before your weddig

    • Final Payment- 40% due the day of your wedding

  • A contract is essential for clients hiring a wedding photographer, providing peace of mind by outlining services, deliverables, and payment terms clearly. It ensures that expectations are met and protects clients' rights, ensuring they receive the high-quality service and memorable photos they expect on their special day.

FAQs

  • Engagement sessions are a great way for you to get to know my shooting style and really help couples feel comfortable in front of the camera for their wedding day. So I highly encourage an engagement session. However, if you are out of state or have decided you really don’t desire one, you can trade engagement sessions for an extra hour at the wedding (up to the 8-hour package) or a discount of $400 off your wedding package.

  • All packages come with two photographers. This is so there is never a moment missed. My 2nd photographers are all professional photographers who either have their own photography business or have gone through extensive training before being hired. Having two photographers allows us to get more photos and more moments without having to take up lots of time at the wedding. We get the groom smiling as his bride walks down the aisle and the dad’s tears as he gives his daughter away. We want you to be well served.

  • Short answer, yes!

    They undergo a rigorous training process to ensure they meet our standards of excellence. This includes having their own photography company with a minimum of 25 solo weddings under their belt before applying. Once onboard, our associates undergo extensive training where they are carefully guided through our unique style and techniques. This ensures that the photos they capture are seamlessly integrated with our brand and vision, guaranteeing a consistent and high-quality experience for our clients.

  • Other than elopements, traveling fees are included in the pricing and packages and cover travel from Loveland, Denver, Estes Park, and all of Northern Colorado (up to one hour from Loveland, CO). For any weddings outside of this one-hour parameter, there is a $60/hr extra traveling fee. Any weddings farther than 3 hours from Loveland, CO will require a $400 overnight fee.

    Out-of-state weddings and out-of-country weddings are custom-built packages. We have a bucket list of places we want to capture, so are always willing to strike a deal if the location is right.

  • Your printing rights are included in any package you receive with me. So you are free to print wherever as many times as you desire. We highly recommend ordering prints through our professional vendors, but it is not required at all. The difference In quality is huge when it comes to ordering through a professional lab, so we encourage clients to help with prints.

  • If you are getting married in one of our “Dream” locations, we will capture your wedding for free if you pay. for our travel. Dream locations include: Scotland, Ireland, Wales, France, Australia, Japan to name a few.

  • Short answer- no.

    Because consultations allow our team to help you stick with your budget, talk about your goals, get a big picture of your wedding day and what it would be like working with us- we highly suggest it. However, if you know, you know, so just let me know and I’m happy to skip the consultation and send you the proposal to book!
